The short version
What you share goes to the people you chose, and we show you who they are before you share it. We don't sell your information, and we don't show ads. LifeLift360 is a LeadLift360 product, and "we" in this policy means LeadLift360.
What we collect
- Your account: your email, your name, your time zone, and anything you add to your profile, such as a general area and your interests. If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name and email.
- Your groups: the churches and groups you join, your role in each, and any requests to join.
- What you share: posts, replies, gatherings, RSVPs and help requests, and when you mark that you responded to a post.
- Help details: an address, phone number or notes, if you add them to a help request.
- Records of changes: who joined, who left, role changes and moderation decisions. These records hold ids and roles, never the words of a post.
- Technical records: our providers keep logs such as sign-in times and IP addresses to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to run the service: to sign you in, deliver what you share to the people you chose, show your groups and gatherings, and keep people safe. We send account emails, such as an email to confirm your address or reset your password. We don't send marketing email.
Who can see what
- A post goes to the people in that group or church when you share it. Someone who joins later does not see it. People who can read a post see how many people responded to it, but not who.
- Members: people in a group can see who else is in it. In a church, members see the leaders, and leaders see everyone.
- Gatherings: people in the group can see who said they are going or might go.
- Leaders can run a group they belong to. Being a leader of a church or a parent group does not open a private subgroup they are not in.
- Moderators see a post before it goes out only when a group has turned on approval. They also see a reported item as it stood when it was reported. They don't see who reported it.
- Help details go only to the person asking, the helper they accepted while the help is arranged, and any coordinator assigned to the request.
- Group listings show only groups and churches that chose to be found. A listing shows a name, a description, a general area, the leaders' names and the next gathering. It never shows the members.
When someone leaves or is removed
They lose access to posts in that group straight away, and links in old notifications stop working. If they come back, they do not get those older posts back. We can't undo a screenshot or a copy someone already made, so please share with care.
Service providers
Google runs our hosting, sign-in, database and backups through Firebase and Google Cloud, and stores your information in the United States. We may disclose information to authorities when the law requires it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count page visits, with advertising features off. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. On signed-in pages it records the page address only, and it never receives what you write. Invite pages don't use analytics at all.
Keeping and deleting
Your posts stay in place while your group uses them. You can remove your own posts, and you can leave a group at any time. To delete your account, email us from the address you signed up with. Leave your groups and finish any help you are part of first, and we can walk you through that. We will then delete your sign-in and profile within 30 days. Your replies, and any posts you didn't remove, stay with your group under your name. Records of moderation decisions can stay so a group can keep its history. We keep daily backups for 30 days, then they are deleted.
Your choices
You can change your profile at any time. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it.
Adults only for now
This early pilot is for adults aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how your information is shared, we will tell you before it applies.
