Using LifeLift360

LifeLift360 is a place for churches and groups to share, gather and help each other. It is a LeadLift360 product, and "we" in these terms means LeadLift360. By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must be at least 18 during this early pilot.

Your account

Use your real name and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is shared from your account.

Your words

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it, keep backup copies, show it to the people you shared it with, and show it to the people who review it if it is reported. That is what the service needs in order to work.

Treat people with care

• Don't harass, threaten or deceive anyone, and don't pretend to be someone else.
• Don't share someone else's private situation without their permission.
• When you ask for help on someone's behalf, confirm that they agreed first.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to sell to people who came for community.

Leaders and moderators can limit or remove people in their own groups. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Churches, groups and leaders

Anyone can start a group or list a church. We don't check churches, groups or leaders, and they are not part of LeadLift360. Each group sets its own expectations, and its leaders are responsible for how they run it.

Practical help

Help is offered between people, by volunteers. LifeLift360 does not screen, employ or supervise helpers, and we are not part of any arrangement you make. Use your own judgement about who you meet and what you share. A church or care team may have its own rules, and should follow its own safeguarding policy for visits and rides.

Not for emergencies

LifeLift360 is not an emergency service, and it is not medical, legal or counselling advice. If someone is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

No guarantee

We provide the service as it is, and it may change or stop during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what people do on the service or through arrangements made on it.

Ending

You can stop using LifeLift360 at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end the pilot, or end an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters to how you use the service, we will tell you before it applies.
